Teaches the effects of projectiles on the human target, armored adversaries, and common building materials.
Course Description
This course is at least 4-hours long and includes classroom and range time learning the effects of kinetic projectiles. Students will shoot live ammunition at common barrier materials, such as drywall, cinderblocks, vehicles, body armor, and a variety of other objects, then inspect the results. A valuable understanding will be gained about the penetrating capabilities of readily available firearms. Students learn:
This is a practical course, designed to increase familiarization. Students do not take an examination.

Students must satisfy these requirements, in order to be allowed to attend the course. Exceptions will be made at the sole discretion of the lead instructor, and with prior arrangement only.

Minimum Class Size Requirement
Due to the logistical efforts required to conduct this course, a minimum of 10 students must be registered and pre-paid as of 72 hours before the scheduled time and date, for the course to be held. If this minimum requirement can not be met, the course will be rescheduled to a future date.
